How to Make The Amber Fresca!
The signature sip from our episode with Amber Riley

You know we had to carry on with a drink that hits like Amber does—bold, sweet, a lil spicy, and unforgettable. This one's a mango-pineapple agua fresca with a twist: a splash of lime, a whisper of ginger, and just enough chili to keep you guessing.
Here’s what you need:
2 cups fresh mango (frozen works too, just thaw it)
1 cup pineapple chunks
3 cups cold water
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp honey or agave (sweeten to your taste)
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
¼ tsp cayenne or Tajín (optional, but we like a lil kick)
Ice, to serve
Mint or basil, to garnish—because we’re classy like that
How to make it:
Throw the mango, pineapple, water, lime juice, honey, and ginger in a blender and let it do its thing. If you’re into a smooth finish, strain it—if not, live your textured life. Stir in a pinch of cayenne or Tajín if you're feeling spicy.
Pour over ice, garnish with something green, and you’re golden.
Wanna level it up?
Mocktail moment: Rim your glass with Tajín and toss a lime wedge on there.
Grown-folks edition: Add a splash of tequila or rum. You earned it.
We sipped these with Amber while laughing, singing, and maybe throwing a little shade—but the good kind. Make this for your next cookout, kickback, or solo dance party. It will hit.
